Web Project Manager

We are in search of a web project manager to add to our Raindrop family who is detail oriented, loves managing timelines, checking things off their list and making people cry tears of joy because they love their websites so much.

The web project manager will work closely with clients, the design team and the development team to ensure projects are completed and all features are working properly.

This position requires someone who can review a project, assess the scope of work that needs to be done, communicate clearly with team members, have the ability to discuss the project’s needs with the client, offer suggestions, manage timelines, have an eye for detail and have a focus on customer service. From start to finish, the web project manager is the quarterback for the website.

Applicant must have experience with Wordpress and will need to be willing to quickly pick up Mezzanine, another CMS that we like to work with.

Job Duties and Requirements

  • 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience in Website Project Management
  • Organized and Self-Motivated
  • Experience with Wordpress (and/or Mezzanine)
  • A Positive Attitude
  • Ability to Make Content Edits to Websites through CMS
  • Ability to Make Minor HMTL Updates as Needed

This is a full-time position working from Raindrop’s Little Italy location.

Search Marketing Specialist (SEO/PPC)

We are in need of a Search Marketing Specialist (SEO/PPC) to join our team. We thrive on helping our clients build relationships with their audiences. Search is oftentimes a first interaction point and a vital component in making sure you even have an opportunity to start that relationship. 

We want someone who is young and hungry. You will be helping grow our search marketing department and will be able to make a big impact!

This position requires someone who can problem solve, figure things out on their own and who truly loves search.

It will be 80/20 in time with SEO taking the bulk of the time and energy. 

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • 2-4 Years of Relevant Experience in Search Marketing (SEO most importantly)
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and Google's algorithm 
  • Adwords understanding and experience managing campaigns
  • Experience working with technical teams and creative/web-based technologies 
  • Local SEO optimization & citation management experience 
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Wordpress and SEO Tools such as MOZ, Raven, etc. 
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel 
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in search engine optimization 
  • The ability to juggle numerous projects and technologies at once under deadline pressure; must be organized and self-motivated. 

Content Optimization 

  • Provide analysis, recommendations & write strategy for optimization of on-page content
    • Keyword expansion & opportunities 
    • Search trend/landscape analysis & recommendations 
    • Blog optimization Technical Optimization 
    • Provide strategies, content, and best practices for site elements that affect SEO: ie. robots.txt, sitemap.xml, schema, etc. 
  • Site architecture & sitemap creation
  • Work with Content Marketing team to provide direction on latest trends for length of content, mark-up, article topics, etc. 

Local SEO 

  • Provide local SEO strategy & recommendations for optimization

Link Building 

  • Provide internal linking strategies, recommendations 
  • Provide strategy, recommendations & process for influencer outreach 
  • Identify new link building opportunities & initiate link strategies with highest ROI

Pay-Per-Click

  • Work with Adwords to manage and optimize client campaigns
  • Provide strategic recommendations around keywords, ad groups, ad copy, etc. 

This is a full-time position working from Raindrop’s Little Italy location. Salary range is $45,000-$55,000 DOE.

Junior Brand Manager / Brand Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Supports the Brand Manager with day-to-day client relationships and project management to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Oversees development of ongoing advertising materials.

This role will likely be working closely with arts organizations, so there will be a strong mix of traditional and digital creative projects. At Raindrop we ask our Brand Management team to play an active role in projects so this individual will be doing more than just creating timelines and managing clients, this role will also be learning how to manage email marketing campaigns, monthly reporting and more!

Job Duties:

Account and Project Management

  • Project Management/Creative Development
    • Support Brand Managers with project management
      • Types of projects include traditional advertising campaigns, collateral, digital banners, email marketing, content development, etc.
    • Work directly with clients to gather feedback and to manage the back-and-forth involved in creative reviews
  • Have a full understanding of all projects being worked on and coming up for clients in order to properly manage resources and timelines
  • Ensure that all creative materials have been copy edited and are client ready
  • Ad Campaigns
    • Work with the media team and media vendors to manage delivery timing and specs. Traffic final assets.
      • Work with creative team to build ads necessary to deliver on media campaigns, get ads approved by client and traffic ads to media outlets
    • Think critically about client’s needs to be able to react to their questions and any changes in a project
  • Strategy
    • Work with strategy department to come up with new and exciting ways to market our clients.
  • Search Marketing
    • Work with SEO and PPC teams to ensure that campaigns are running smoothly
  • Social Advertising
    • Create ads based on client needs
    • Prepare targeting and budget recommendations based on client’s goals
    • Set-up & manage ongoing campaigns
  • Email Marketing
    • Uses existing templates to update copy and images on a monthly basis to deploy emails and manage approvals with clients
    • Works with content team to establish editorial calendars
  • Reporting
    • Develop monthly performance reports for clients by reviewing Google Analytics and compiling overviews on all monthly deliverables

Salary: $35,000-$45,000 DOE This is a full-time salary position with benefits (Healthcare, Dental and Life Insurance)
